AVVY MAG Terms of Service

Effective Date: August 1, 2025

By accessing or engaging with AVVY MAG—through our website, digital magazine, Substack content, surveys, Roblox group (AVVY Vibe Lab), or any other platforms we operate—you agree to abide by the following terms:

1. Non-Commercial Use

All content from AVVY MAG—including but not limited to text, articles, visuals, photography, designs, layouts, and features—is intended for personal, non-commercial use only, unless explicit written permission is granted. You may not reproduce, sell, or republish AVVY content without authorization.

2. User-Generated Content (UGC) Licensing

By submitting, sharing, or tagging content with AVVY MAG—whether through Substack, surveys, social channels, or inside the AVVY Vibe Lab (Roblox group)—you grant AVVY MAG a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to repost, reference, or feature your avatar styling, creations, or commentary across our editorial and digital platforms. Attribution will always be provided when possible.

3. Limited Print Availability

Our quarterly print magazine is produced in limited edition runs. Copies are sold first-come, first-serve via avvymag.com. Once sold out, AVVY MAG cannot guarantee reprints or restocks.

4. Content Rights & Modifications

AVVY MAG reserves the right to modify, update, or remove any digital content, editorial features, or platform experiences at any time. This includes Substack posts, social content, and Roblox group activations.

5. Roblox Group Use (AVVY Vibe Lab)

By joining the AVVY Vibe Lab Roblox group, members agree to:

• Respect Roblox’s Terms of Use and Community Standards

• Follow AVVY’s community guidelines, which emphasize creativity, respect, and safe participation

• Understand that disruptive or harmful behavior may result in removal from the group

6. Intellectual Property

All AVVY branding—including logos, typefaces, custom artwork, UGC collabs, and editorial layouts—remains the intellectual property of AVVY MAG. Any unauthorized use, imitation, or misrepresentation is strictly prohibited.

7. No Guarantees / Limitation of Liability

While AVVY MAG strives to create inspiring, accurate, and engaging content, we make no guarantees about availability, accuracy, or uninterrupted service. AVVY MAG is not responsible for any losses or damages arising from the use of our content or platforms.

8. Updates to Terms

These Terms of Service may be updated from time to time. Continued use of AVVY platforms constitutes acceptance of the most recent version.
